Description
Chemical Injection Valve
The installation of chemical injection systems in production wells allows various chemicals to be injected directly into the well stream. Chemical treatment may be required to prevent corrosion, prevent scaling or paraffin deposition, or reduce the likelihood of hydrate plug formation.
Chemical injection mandrels are eccentric non-welded mandrels with control ports machined directly into the inner wall of the mandrel, with features as below,
Ø The control port is processed on the outside of the connector.
Ø The maximum inner diameter is compatible with the size and class of the tubing.
Ø Parts of non-welded control line connections and protective joints.
Ø Rupture tray adopts breakable glass or metal;
Ø Injection valve adopts standard NPT;
Ø Has check valve design for injection valve;
Ø The materials of injection valve which has stainless steel and NCONEL can be selected depending on requirement of well condition;
Ø The integral configuration of nipple is used, it is firm and durable;
Ø The connection thread of nipple and chemical injection valve is 1/2" NPT;
Ø Many kinds of materials can be selected for injection joint.
