
Description
It is a mud-powered downhole tool consisting of five parts: the transmission shaft assembly, the motor assembly, the cardan shaft assembly, the anti-drop assembly and the bypass valve assembly.
The mud output from the mud pump flows through the bypass valve into the motor. A certain pressure difference is formed at the motor inlet and outlet to drive the rotor of the motor to rotate, and the torque and the rotational speed are transmitted to the drill bit through the cardan shaft and the transmission shaft. The performance of a screw drill depends primarily on the motor assembly.
■ Equal-wall Thickness:
By changing the shape of stator housing, the stator rubber layer is designed to be thin and even with equal-wall thickness. It has the characteristics of short length, high power, high pressure drop, low rotating speed, high cooling efficiency, uniform thermal expansion, better adaptability, more optimized structure and the lighter mass. Especially, it can extend downhole motor's service life and improve drilling efficiency in the ultra-deep well, directional well and high temperature well.
■ High-temperature And Oil Based Mud Resistance:
It is suitable for high temperature and high oil content mud system. The stator rubber with special formula can achieve high retention rate of physical properties such as strength and tear strength in the working condition of less than 180 ℃ and high oil; Reasonable interference fit ensures good performance of the high oil resistant adhesive in the high temperature and high oil-based muds.
■ Corrosion-resistance:
After corrosion spraying to form special coating, the rotor is more resistant to corrosion, erosion, and abrasion, allowing the entire tool to work for a longer time in corrosive muds.
■ Air Drilling:
Air drilling can effectively protect oil and gas reservoirs, improve mechanical drilling speed, significantly shorten drilling period, and take precaution against mud loss and borehole collapse. The air drilling tool is driven by air, foam and other compressible fluids as the medium to provide power for the downhole and drive the bit to break rock. The air drilling tool has higher technical requirements in terms of composition structure, motor stator linear design, and operation specifications.
