Hydraulic Anchor is mainly used for anchoring downhole string which can prevent string movement caused by the high pressure from bottom of the packer, and prevent the packer setting failure. The Hydraulic Anchor withstands higher pressure that can be satisfied the deep well operations.

Features:

Ø  Setting: Apply pressure to the tubing or drill pipe, the pressure resists the spring force and push the button to anchor in the casing. The higher pressure, the larger anchoring force.

Ø  Unsetting: Take-off the tubing pressure and make the tubing pressure is lower than the casing pressure, that the button can be retracted by spring force.
