Viscosity Reducing Sand-carrying Fluids

It is designed based on the concept of hydrophobically associating interaction and visco-elastic surfactant. By increasing the molecular chain length and statistic interaction between positive and negative groups, the viscosity of the fluid and its stability as elevated temperature can be greatly enhanced. It was also a type of clean fracturing fluid.

ü  The preparation of the fluid is simple. Water solubility is good.

ü  The viscosity of the basic fluid is adjustable.

ü  This fluid has certain viscosity-reducing effect to heavy oil.

USAGE:

•        This product is designed and manufactured as the working liquid for gravelpac/fracpac operations in sand control techniques.

•        According to the operation design, prepare the liquid at viscosity 40 mPas. Add clay stabilizer when needed.
