PC Pump for Coalbed Methane Gas (CBM)

Based on the development status of coalbed methane gas (referred as CBM), we develop the screw pump ground system driven by permanent-magnet direct-drive variable frequency motor. The system is an integrated device composed of the permanent-magnet variable frequency motor and the intelligent variable frequency control cabinet, which is a highly efficient energy-saving product for CBM development.

The system adopts a vertical hollow shaft high-efficiency permanent-magnet variable frequency motor to directly drive the screw of the PC pump, removing the reducer, reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs; Meanwhile, the seal was moved from the wellhead to the upper end of the electric motor, making maintenance more convenient and simpler.
