Clay Stabilizer

In the oil layer, there is certain amount of clay ingredients. The clay has characteristic of expansion and migration. And the expansion migration of the clay particle may clog oil pore, causing secondary pollution. Water-based fluid will lead to this situation inevitably. Therefore, when aqueous fluid is used in operations, clay stabilizer must be added to prevent the expansion migration of the clay particle. This clay stabilizer consists of cationic quaternary ammonium salt, stabilizing agent and water.

ü  The product is non-toxic. Please wear protective equipment when operating.

ü  The product should be transported gently when placed and discharged to prevent the rain and collision.

ü  The product should be stored in a cool ventilated place to prevent sun and rain, away from heat source.

USAGE:

According to the design requirements, add clay stabilizer to the mixed liquid directly and stir to dissolve adequately. The recommended dosage is more than 1.5%. This clay stabilizer is suitable for acidizing plug removal, sewage reinjection and anti-swelling, the pretreatment of new production well, the completion fluid (perforating fluid, control well fluid, workover well fluid).
