High Temperature Acid Corrosion Inhibitor

This product is a kind of large-molecular weight organic compound. It is consists of polar groups and nonpolar groups. Directional absorption will occur on the metal surface and the membrane will be formed at the molecular interface, which can prevent the corrosive substance touching the metal surface, protect the equipment and retard the corrosion.

The acidic corrosion inhibitors can effectively inhibit the corrosion of the acidic substance to the equipment quickly. They are of good corrosion inhibition ability for single acids (HCl, HF) and compound acids.

ü  The dilution ratio can be up to 1:5

ü  They are not quaternary ammonium salts and have no chlorine

ü  They are of good acid-soluble, they will not produce solid residues with the acids.

USAGE:

The additive dosage is 0.5 - 3%. Customers can adjust the amount depending on their needs.

Add the corrosion inhibitor to the prepared acidic liquid, then make it well mixed.
