Scale Inhibitors

This product consists of organic phosphate, modifier and solvents. It can form stable complex with calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc and many other metal ions. It can also dissolve the oxides on the metal surfaces. It can still slow down the corrosion and inhibit scale at 250℃. It is stable at higher pH, and regular hydrolysis and photo-thermal conditions.

ü  The additive dosage is low, but the complexation strength is strong.

ü  It is of good heat stability. It can endure the high temperature of 250℃.

ü  It is non-toxic and incombustible.

USAGE:

This product is mainly used for the oilfield output liquid and sewage treatment, preventing or slowing down forming scale sediment from the inorganic substance in water, then keeping the pipelines unblocked. The additive dosage is usually 14-45 mg/L. It can be added continuously by the circulating pump or added several times.
