Oil-soluble viscosity reducer I

It is formulated mainly with assistant solvents and polymeric viscosity reducer. It is specifically designed for heavy oil with high resin/asphaltene contents. Through decomposing and loosening the plane accumulation structure of resin/asphaltene, this product can effectively reduce the viscosity of heavy oil.

ü  It is a brown homogeneous liquid and shows good compatibility and high viscosity reducing ability to different type of heavy oil.

ü  It has unique viscosity reducing effect for heavy oil with high resin and asphaltene contents. The dosage can be as low as about 1%~5%, without side-effect on demulsifying and dewatering of crude oil.

ü  The viscosity reducing ratio can be up to 98%. It will not affect the crude oil properties and following subsequent refining process.

USAGE:

ü  Depending on the heavy oil viscosity, inject dosage 1-5 % viscosity reducer into the formation. It is applicable to steam-stimulated wells.

ü  It can also be used in well hole to facilitate the production at regulated intervals.

ü  The proportion concentration of viscosity reducer can be adjusted by the water concentration of wells.
