Oil-soluble Viscosity Reducer II
It is formulated mainly with odorless solvents, polymeric viscosity reducer surfactant. Through decomposing and loosening the plane accumulation structure of resin/asphaltene, it effectively reduces the viscosity of heavy oil, without containing any aromatic hydrocarbons.
ü The product exterior is a light-brown homogeneous liquid.
ü It shows good compatibility with heavy oil with high viscosity reducing ability and universality at well temperature 50℃.
ü The product has unique viscosity reducing effect for heavy oil with high resin and asphaltene contents. The dosage can be as low as about 1%~5%, with no side effect on demulsifying and dewatering of crude oil.
USAGE
ü Depending on the heavy oil viscosity, add the 1-5% viscosity reducer into the oil formation.
ü This product is applicable to steam stimulated wells.
ü Inject the regulated amount of reducer into the well through the well hole at regulated time.
ü The proportion concentration of viscosity reducer can be adjusted by the water content of wells.
