High-temperature Plugging Gel

Gel plugging agent is a kind of composite plugging agent system made by the method of polymer synthesis. This system consists of polymer and cross-linking agents. The polymer has specific molecular weight and hydrolysis degree. The crosslinked gel shows high strength and high temperature stability. The gelation time of the gel system can be adjusted by combination of cross-linking agents, so as to facilitate the operation process.

ü  The gelation time of cross-linking can be easily controlled.

ü  The gelling strength can reach the rigid gel degree（Sydansk code I）；

ü  The system temperature resistance is over 200℃.

USAGE:

It is used to plug the high temperature gas channeling well. The polymers concentration should be between 0.2%-0.8%, the cross-linking #1 concentration should be between 0.05%-0.15% and the cross-linking #2 concentration should be between 0.5%-1%.
