It is developed based on water-soluble viscosity reducer, cold production agent, flooding surfactant and steam foamer etc. It can be used in steam huff-puff, injection, well hole viscosity reduction, extending steam injection cycle, well cleaning and releasing well blocking. This product is easy to use in several different injection methods and can increase the production efficiency.

ü  Can greatly decrease the interfacial tension between water and oil to 1×10^-2mN/m.

ü  High thermal stability and hydrolysis stability.

ü  Excellent solubilization property and dispersion property.

USAGE:

•        It is mainly applied in heavy oil production. It can decrease the viscosity of crude oil in lifting and pipeline transportation, decrease the oil flow resistance, making the heavy oil to be easily produced and transported. The additive dosage is usually 0.1%-1% of the produced liquid.

•        It can be used for reducing viscosity and removing blocking. for wells without steam stimulation, is added 1-3% of the viscosity-reducing agent. The total amount of viscosity-reducing agent can be determined based on the oil well data.
