Injection Integrated Oil-well Pump
Steam injection method of oil extraction is to trip heat insulated tubing string into oil-well and then inject steam into oil reservoir. Pull out the heat insulated tubing string after soaking, and then trip into flow string and pumping unit. It is defect in multiple trip and increase of workload. Meanwhile, kill fluid enter into stratum and absorb a lot of heat in operation process, which lowers performance of steam injection.
Injection integrated oil-well pump can overcome these weaknesses in existing technology effectively and attain the goal of efficient oil production by steam injection.
Injection integrated oil-well pump adopts structure of short pump barrel and long plunger, and they are upper slotting. When the steam is injected, lower pump barrel until gets in touch with pump, then pump barrel coincides with plunger slot and the steam enter into heavy oil layer under pump through the slot. During work time, the plunger seal pump barrel slot all the time, and oil pumping is accomplished through opening and closing of inflow valve and flow valve.
